About Ajman University Logo

The logo features a circular design with a vibrant blue background. At the center, there is an illustration of a stylized fortress-like structure, reminiscent of traditional architecture, depicted in white. Above the fortress, a flagpole with a flowing flag is prominently displayed, suggesting a sense of pride and identity.

Beneath the fortress, a golden sunburst radiates outwards, symbolizing illumination and knowledge. This sunburst has a curved shape, resembling an open book at the base, further emphasizing the educational theme.

The circular border of the logo is outlined in a bold orange color, adding a striking contrast to the blue background. Surrounding the circular border, Arabic text is inscribed at the top, with the phrase "جامعة عجمان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا" (translated as "Ajman University of Science and Technology"), while the English text "AJMAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY" is placed along the bottom part of the circle. Both texts are in a clear, modern font, enhancing the readability and overall professionalism of the logo.

Additionally, the year "1988" appears inside the lower part of the circle, marking the establishment date of the university, and "1408" is also indicated, likely reflecting a corresponding date in the Hijri calendar. These details add historical significance to the logo, making it a symbol of the institution's legacy and commitment to education.
