A circular emblem formed by two concentric green rings containing Bengali text along the top and bottom arcs. Inside the rings is a solid red disk; centered on that disk is a flat, stylized yellow silhouette of the country of Bangladesh. Four small red five-pointed stars sit symmetrically in the ring area at roughly the left and right midpoints (two on each side between the top and bottom text).

The Bengali wordmark is rendered in green and follows the inner curve of the outer ring at the top and bottom. Overall the mark reads as an official government seal with high-contrast, flat colors and simple geometric composition.
