About Bangladesh Post Office Logo

The logo in the image is circular with a primarily red and white color scheme. The central feature of the logo depicts a traditional image of a postal runner in mid-stride. The runner is wearing a hat and is holding a spear over one shoulder and a mailbag over the other. On the runner's left side, there's a lantern attached at the waist, swinging as if in motion. The figure is stylized and outlined in white with red infill.

Surrounding the runner is a red circle with a white border. Inside the top of this circle, in white Bengali script, there is text that can be translated as "Bangladesh Post Office." At the bottom of the circle, there is a white ribbon-like banner that overlaps the inner circle slightly and extends slightly beyond the outer circle on both sides. The banner contains more Bengali script, which can be translated as "We move with time."

The logo is designed to convey the timeless service of mail delivery and the adaptability of the postal service. The use of a runner, a historical method of delivering messages, suggests tradition and commitment, while the script in Bengali asserts national identity and service. The red and white colors are traditionally associated with visibility and clear communication, and they are also colors found in the national flag of Bangladesh.
