About Brigada Militar do RS Logo

The logo depicted is composed of a central shield figure surrounded by various elements. The shield itself has a primarily yellow background with a red border. At the center of the shield, there is a circular emblem featuring a white field with a blue ring. Within the blue ring, there are several green leaves interlaced, and inside this, there is a smaller circular white field with a crest that includes a red hat (Phrygian cap) on top of a pole. The pole is flanked by two blue banners draped across it, and there's an emblem featuring what appears to be a blue shield with three white hills, a black cross, and a green tree. This element sits above a book, quill, and sword.

On top of the main shield, there is a dark brown horse depicted in profile, standing on its hind legs with a foreleg raised. Above the horse, a bright red eight-pointed star shines.

Flanking the shield on both sides are symmetrical dark green acanthus leaf motifs adding decorative flourishes to the overall design. At the bottom of the shield, an unfurled scroll features the date "18 de NOVEMBRO de 1837" inscribed in black on a white background, indicating a significant date for the institution represented by the logo.

The overall design integrates symbols of historic significance and heraldic tradition, suggesting authority and legacy associated with the entity it represents. The color scheme of red, green, yellow, blue, brown, and white, along with the heraldic elements, conveys a formal and institutional character.
