About Chelsea FC 100th Anniversary Logo

The logo features a circular design with a deep blue background, bordered by a gold ring which includes decorative elements resembling footballs at the top, bottom, left, and right extents. At the very top of the gold ring, the text "100 YEARS" is inscribed in white, while the bottom of the ring contains the word "CENTENARY" flanked by the years "1905-2005," also in white, indicating the 100th anniversary of the establishment.

Inside the blue circle at the center of the logo is a large, stylized, white lion rampant regardant. The lion is holding a staff which features a small adornment at the top. The lion is detailed, with a visible mane, tail, and rendered in a stance that suggests movement.

Around the inside edge of the blue circle, the text "CHELSEA" appears at the top half and "FOOTBALL CLUB" at the bottom half, separated by two small, white, five-pointed stars located symmetrically on the left and right sides. The text and stars are all in a bold, capitalised white font, which contrasts with the blue background and completes the logo's color scheme of blue, white, and gold.
