About Daerah Istimewa Jogjakarta

Circular red roundel at the center contains a vertically oriented, stylized emblem: a white central column with black outlines flanked by symmetrical, multi-layered golden-yellow wing or feather shapes. Around the red roundel are two wreath-like elements: a golden rice stalk curving up the right side and a green branch with white flower/berry clusters on the left. A five-pointed yellow star sits above the roundel and a white scroll-shaped banner labeled "JOGJAKARTA" appears at the base.

The design is detailed and heraldic, using flat fills with black outlines and decorative ornamental elements (a small green shield-like motif sits just above the banner). There is additional small text or script around the inner edge of the red circle, but it is not legible at this size.
