About Dhaka Medical College Logo

The logo for Dhaka Medical College features a circular design with a blue background. Encircling the main imagery, the name of the college is presented at the top in capital letters, reading "DHAKA MEDICAL COLLEGE." Just below the name, separate from it by two thin white lines, is a bottom banner within the circle that states "ESTD 1946," indicating the year of establishment.

At the center of the logo, against a white background, there is a symbol representing the medical profession: a red Rod of Asclepius. It consists of a serpent entwined around a staff. Instead of a traditional plain staff, the staff in this logo is topped with a green maple leaf, integrating a symbol often associated with nature and perhaps signifying life, growth, or a connection to a specific regional identity.

The colors blue, red, and green are prominent, with blue and white used for the text and border elements, red for the serpent, and green for the maple leaf. The use of these colors together is typically associated with trustworthiness and professionalism, especially within the context of medical and educational institutions.
