About esca Logo

The logo in question consists of a triangular shield-like emblem with a rounded top. The emblem has a black border that narrows to a point at the bottom. Inside this black border is a gold band that follows the contour of the shield, and within that is the main body of the logo which is a burgundy background.

At the top of this burgundy field, in all capital letters, is the acronym "AE" centered and presented in a serif font with a color that appears to be a sandy gold. Underneath the "AE," the body of the shield is bisected by a white, stylized caduceus symbol, which is a traditional symbol associated with commerce, negotiation and eloquent communication, often mistakenly used as a symbol of medicine. The caduceus consists of two serpents entwined around a winged staff.

Below the caduceus, the lower point of the shield has the text "ESCA" centered and displayed in large serif characters with the same sandy gold color. These letters nearly fill the bottom section of the emblem.

Beneath the shield, there is a horizontal black line that separates it from additional text. This bottom text is divided into two parts with a bullet-like dot in the center. On the left is "ae -" in lower case, followed by the word "esca" on the right, also in lowercase. Both are in the same serif typeface and sandy gold color as the letters within the shield.

The background of the image is white, and there's an additional piece of text above the shield emblem in a sober gray color. This text identifies the association represented by the logo and is in Spanish: "Asociación de ex alumnos de la Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración del Instituto Politécnico Nacional". It is divided in two lines with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters in a serif font and is centered above the emblem.
