About FC Nantes Logo

The logo in question features a shield-like shape, primarily in a bright yellow color with green accents. The overall outline is a traditional shield form often used in heraldry but with a somewhat flatter bottom edge and slightly convex sides. Inside the shield, there are three distinct sections:

At the top of the shield is a representation of an ancient galley ship with a large sail, sitting on a green base. The ship is detailed with a singular sail with cross-hatching and a flag on top of the mast. The ship itself is white and is set against the yellow background.

In the middle section of the shield, there are eight green stripes alternating with seven yellow stripes, creating a vertical striped pattern that recalls a traditional football kit design.

Below the striped area, there are three green fleur-de-lis symbols arranged horizontally. The symbols are evenly spaced across the yellow background.

At the bottom of the shield, occupying its own separate green hub, is a white soccer ball. The ball is stylized with hexagon patterns typical for soccer balls. Below the ball, the founding year of the club "1943" is displayed in bold white numerals on a green background.

The name of the club, "FC NANTES," is prominently displayed in a large, bold, sans-serif, white font across a green banner that overlays the middle striped section.

The color scheme is distinct and consists of three main colors: yellow, green, and white, which create a contrast that makes the logo stand out. The design elements hint at the club's history and sporting focus.
