About Gobierno del Estado de Morelos Logo

The logo features a shield shape with a three-dimensional appearance, giving the impression of an official state or governmental seal. The central part of the shield has a sky-blue background on the upper portion with a light brown mound or small mountain at the base. On top of this mound, a vibrant green plant with a tall stem and seven leaves branching off at staggered heights stands prominently, reaching upwards towards a single gold or yellow five-pointed star in the blue sky.

Surrounding the central shield, there is an outer element with a white or silver frame containing black text. The top part of the frame arcs over the shield and bears the words "TIERRA Y LIBERTAD" in all caps, translating from Spanish to "Land and Freedom," likely indicating the state's motto. At the bottom of the shield, more text wraps around, which seems to be Latin and partially obscured due to the curvature; possibly a phrase attributed to the region's history or values.

The entire composition suggests formality and tradition, consistent with an emblem used by a state government to signify its identity and authority. The use of natural imagery like the mountain, plant, and star indicates a connection to the local environment and the aspirations or values of the area it represents. The colors, blue, green, brown, and gold, are earthy and sky-toned, conveying a sense of nature and openness.
