The image features the logo of the 'Gobierno del Estado de Oaxaca' for the period 2016-2022. At the top, there is a detailed emblem with a curved top and a flat bottom resembling a crest or shield. Inside this emblem, there is an eagle perched on a prickly pear cactus with a snake in its beak, reminiscent of the Mexican national emblem. Within these circles, there is another crest-like shape divided into four quadrants by a cross. The top-left quadrant depicts a book, possibly symbolizing education.
