About Governo Do Estado Do Piauí Logo

The logo features a shield as the central element, topped by a band that reads "ESTADO DO PIAUÍ" in capital letters. Inside the shield, there is a scenic depiction: on the top half, under a light blue sky, three palm trees on an island are surrounded by light blue water, with two additional palm trees flanking the sides outside of the shield. Below the island, there are two blue and white horizontal stripes. At the base of the shield, the blue waves continue with a white fish leaping toward the center.

Underneath the shield, a scroll bears Latin text "IMPavidum ferient Ruinae", which translates to "The Ruins Shall Strike the Fearless". The date "13 DE JANEIRO DE 1823" is inscribed below the scroll, indicating an important historical date for the state.

The word "Piauí" is displayed in large, bold letters below the emblem, indicating the name of the Brazilian state. Beneath this text, a smaller line reads "GOVERNO DO ESTADO," which means "Government of the State."

The logo's color palette consists of yellow or gold for the shield frame and the text "ESTADO DO PIAUÍ", blue for the water and stripes, green for the palm trees, white for the text on the scroll and the fish, and dark blue for the large "Piauí" text and the "GOVERNO DO ESTADO" caption.
