About mersin universitesi Logo

The logo is primarily composed of a large orange circle, which occupies the central area of the design. Inside the circle, there are white vertical lines of varying heights that evoke the look of books on a shelf or perhaps a city skyline. Beneath the vertical lines, there are two wavy lines suggesting waves or water, also in white. The waves smoothly transition from left to right, descending below the line elements.

Encircling the lower half of the orange circle and underneath it, there is a blue ribbon-like banner featuring the words "MERSİN ÜNİVERSİTESİ" in white, uppercase, sans-serif font. The banner has a slight curve, following the contour of the circle.

The top of the logo features the text "MERSİN UNIVERSITESI" in blue, using uppercase sans-serif letters. Below this text, aligned with the bottom of the orange circle, is the year "1992" in the same color and font, signifying the year of establishment of the university.

The entire logo uses a color palette centralizing around orange and blue, with white used for the internal graphical elements and text within the blue banner. The use of these colors and the symbolic elements within the design are likely to represent aspects of the geographical and cultural identity of Mersin University, as well as the academic environment it upholds.
