About Özel Harekat (Polis)

On a black field sits a detailed heraldic emblem. At top and bottom are two white ribbon banners: the top reads “POLİS” in uppercase and the bottom reads “ÖZEL HAREKAT.” A white laurel wreath frames the central device, leaving an open top and bottom where the banners sit.

The central motif features a gold-toned eagle with wings spread in front of a radiating silver/white starburst. Above the eagle’s head is a red circular disk containing a white crescent and star. Behind the eagle and starburst are two crossed rifles rendered in brown tones; the whole composition uses bold outlines and layered elements for a formal, official look.
