About Polícia Civil RS Logo

The logo consists of a central circular emblem with detailed imagery and text, surrounded by a star-like border with pointed tips. Within the central circle at the top, there is a green arch with the text "ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL" in capital white letters. Below this arch, inside the circle, is a detailed coat of arms or crest featuring various symbols, including a shield with stripes, a star, and other heraldic elements. This shield is flanked by two olive-green plants with red berries.

Beneath the coat of arms, there are two crossed yellow objects that resemble medieval weapons or tools. Around the lower edge of the circle, the text "POLÍCIA CIVIL" is prominently displayed in bold, capital letters, set against a white background.

The outer star-like border consists of multiple points, alternating between larger and smaller sizes, creating a sunburst effect. This border is black and white, with a pattern that gives the appearance of rotating or interlocking elements. The entire emblem exudes a sense of formality and official authority, suggesting this is the insignia of a police or government entity in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.
