PRF - Policia Rodoviaria Federal Logo

About PRF - Policia Rodoviaria Federal Logo

The logo features a shield shape as its primary outline, with the top part resembling a classical crest. Above the shield is a golden, stylized flame or explosion design, emanating rays that extend downward over the top of the shield. Underneath the flame, in bold blue capital letters, the text "POLÍCIA RODOVIÁRIA FEDERAL" is arched following the curve of the crest.

Inside the shield, against a white background, there's a large blue circle at the center containing a stylized green representation of the continent of South America. The green continent is outlined in gold and set against a blue background that contains stars arranged in a circular pattern, similar to the Brazilian national flag.

Around the central blue circle, a golden circular band features the outline of laurel wreaths on either side, which are green and extend out to the left and right sides of the shield.

At the bottom of the blue circle, integrated into the golden band, there is a red banner with the year "1928" in white numbers.

Surrounding the central motif, two red flowers can be seen at the bottom of the laurel wreaths on each side, completing the design elements of the logo. The overall color scheme consists of blue, green, gold, red, and white.
