About Primaria Bucuresti Logo

The logo depicts a shield with a traditional heraldic composition. In the center of the shield, there's a large golden eagle with its wings spread wide. The eagle is facing forward, and in its talons, it holds two smaller objects – a cross in its right talon and a scepter in the left. On the eagle's chest, there's a smaller red shield that features a humanoid figure dressed in historical garb, possibly representing a knight or a saint. The figure is holding a sword in the right hand and a shield in the left, and is also facing forward.

Above the eagle, there's a stone wall with three visible crenellations, resembling the top of a castle or city walls. Set upon this wall are two black birds, likely ravens, with one situated on each side of the wall's highest center point. The birds face away from each other and have their wings open.

Above the stone wall, there is a crown that appears to be decorative and resembles the design typically associated with European heraldry. The crown has five visible points, each with a small bead or pearl at the tip.

Below the emblem, there's a scroll with text. The scroll itself is white with black outline and text, and it contains the words "PRIMĂRIA" on the left, "CAPITALEI" in the center, and "BUCUREȘTI" on the right, representing the institution Primăria Capitalei București, which is the City Hall of Bucharest, the capital city of Romania.

The background color of the logo outside of the shield is white, making the rich colors of the eagle and other elements stand out prominently. The logo uses a color scheme that primarily involves shades of gold, blue, red, and black. The use of heraldic symbols suggests tradition, authority, and perhaps the historical significance of the city.
