About Unione Europea

A rectangular blue flag occupies the top portion of the image. Centered on the blue field is a circular arrangement of twelve five-pointed yellow stars, evenly spaced to form a ring.

Beneath the flag are two stacked lines of text: a larger, bright cyan uppercase wordmark reading "UNIONE EUROPEA" and a smaller, darker cyan line reading "Fondo sociale europeo." The overall layout is formal and emblematic, with high contrast between the blue field and yellow stars and between the cyan text and white background.
