About UAP Logo
The logo appears to be a stylized representation of a mythical bird-like creature, rendered in a solid shade of red. This creature has wings spread upwards and its head turned to the side, resembling a blend of a bird and a human. It seems to be a figure from pre-Columbian iconography, as indicated by the stylized feather decorations and the emblematic pose.
In its claws, the creature holds a round object with lines radiating from the center, which could be interpreted as a symbol of power or the sun. The creature is adorned with various ornaments such as a headdress, necklace, and bracelets, which are characteristic of traditional Incan or indigenous art.
Beneath the figure is the text "UNIVERSIDAD ALAS PERUANAS" written in capital letters. The font is clean and straightforward, dominated by straight lines with serifs. The color of the text matches the red of the creature, creating a unified color scheme for the logo.
The logo's overall design captures a sense of indigenous heritage and cultural identity, possibly reflecting the company's Peruvian roots and academic focus.
