About Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Logo

The logo features a primarily blue and yellow color scheme with some white and green accents. At the central focal point is a yellow stylized flame or flower motif, representing perhaps knowledge or enlightenment. Above this motif, there is a white tower or monument that is drawn with clean lines and minimalist detailing, set against a blue background.

Surrounding this central design is a thick blue circular border that intersects at the top with the white monument shape. With a golden yellow outline, it enhances the prominence of the central imagery. Along the top curved edge of this border, white text reads "UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKARTA" against the blue, indicating the name of the institution represented by the logo.

Below the central flame or flower motif, there is additional text arranged in a curved fashion that echoes the shape of the circular border. "u.n.y." is spelled out in stylized lowercase blue letters followed by a navy blue wave-like line, suggesting an underscore. This smaller text element is also outlined in the same golden-yellow, maintaining the overall color harmony of the design.

The emblem exudes a sense of tradition and academia through its color choices and symbolic imagery. It is designed to encapsulate the identity of the Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta and is likely to be used in various official capacities for the university.
